As Christmas approaches and we anticipate celebrating Jesus’s birth, I can’t help but want to worship God. As the lyrics above state, the heavens knew the significance of what was happening. The shepherds received a small taste of the celebration that was happening. The Wisemen rightly followed the signs God placed before them. Our Messiah came to save us. Doesn’t that make you want to praise God?TMCI has much to praise God for this year. A donor blessed us with a $50,000 matching gift opportunity. As a result of our community generously responding to the call, TMCI received a total of $104,000! While this may be a regular occurrence for some ministries, we are still humbled by the abundant provision God chose to give us.
From these gifts, TMCI:
- Shared a portion with each TMCI Licensee
- Sponsored a conference for pregnancy care centers in the Midwest
- Maintained our training costs so three new TMC Programs could begin serving teen moms
- Increased our marketing efforts
- Helped fund our Mother’s Day baskets
- Updated our approach to training
- Created a new resource for TMCI Licensees to use with their teen moms to set goals
Imagine our joy when another ministry partner graciously stepped forward with a $30,000 matching gift for 2022! Can you believe it?
