Teen Mother Choices® (TMC®) is a licensed program of Teen Mother Choices International® (TMCI®).
Since 1989, Teen Mother Choices (TMC) programs have successfully served many teen moms (ages 13-23) towards independence, moving them from uncertainty to empowerment.
Through one-on-one mentorship, LifeSkills Workshops, childcare, and an incentives program, each teen mom is empowered to set and achieve her goals, become a loving, responsible parent and an independent, contributing member of her community.
Teen moms who complete the TMC Program:
- 98% complete high school
- 98% no longer rely on government assistance
- 96% go on to college or job-skills training
Meet Our Program Director!
Susan Riddering
Program Director
Susan has been passionate about serving and walking with young moms for 9+ years. She faithfully served as a mentor and became a certied Program Director with TMCI in 2021. Susan’s own story is one of a young pregnancy, family dysfunction, low self-esteem, a longing to be accepted and seen, being trapped in an abusive relationship and the challenges of single parenting for 15 years. Susan believes that God is using her story to bring hope and healing to others. She and her husband, Rick, of 17 years have four adult children and seven grandchildren.
