Consider this …
Revelation 3:20 says, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.” Isn’t that an amazing invitation from our Lord? Jesus never forces His way in – He patiently waits for us to open the door and invite Him in.
And once we’ve welcomed Him into our lives, He extends an invitation to us – to participate in the work He is doing in the world! Jesus calls us to be a part of His mission to seek and save the lost. What an honor and privilege to join the King of kings in His eternal kingdom-building work.
So let’s enthusiastically respond to Jesus’ invitation. Let’s eagerly join Him, taking an active role in furthering His Kingdom and His will. The journey ahead is sure to be amazing!
